Delivery within the United Kingdom is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
- Processing: 1–3 working days, Monday to Saturday.
- Transit: 5–8 working days after dispatch.
- Estimated total: 6–11 working days.
- Order cut-off: 18:30 GMT+00:00, Monday to Saturday.
Orders received before the cut-off enter processing that day; later orders enter processing on the next processing day. This does not mean same-day dispatch. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.
Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@bramwellrow.com with your order number. Under our voluntary return policy, items must be unused, in their original condition and with original packaging.
Customers pay change-of-mind return postage. There are no restocking fees. Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receipt and inspection, to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to display the refund. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
